Portsmouth NHS & Social Services iCES (integrated Community Equipment Service):
"Portsmouth Community Equipment Service recently moved to the UNIQUS® stock management system.
This new system has increased our capacity to deal with requests by shortening the time taken in the processing of requests.
The automated 'allocation' and 'picking' as well as full route management has improved the efficiency of the
service allowing us to take on new contracts with no increase in staffing."
"From a management perspective I am able to see live data indicating where deliveries are likely to breach
our contract, before it happens. The prescribers like the user friendly interface which is very intuitive and requires very
little training for users to access the system. "
- Richard Jarczyk (Service Manager)
Note: Portsmouth's iCES team cover a population of over 200,000. Their prescribers have used competitor's
online ordering previously and have commented on the improvement UNIQUS® brings. Use has now been extended to
several other services in this and adjacent NHS Trusts.

Rosscare Ltd:
"We selected UNIQUS® from Assistive Partner following a thorough review of available IT solutions.
UNIQUS® offered by far the best solution both in terms of the systems immediate functionality, but also through the willingness
of Assistive Partner to look to continually develop their systems for the real benefit of all concerned. It was important that the
organisation shared the same strategic goals as ourselves."

Croydon Care Solutions:
"The London JIP, ADASS, Dept of Health and London Borough of Croydon together with its trading company, Croydon Care Solutions
have been working in partnership to develop an Integrated Procurement Hub (IPH) for Community Equipment. This was the core recommendation of a London
Region Business Case and Options appraisal commissioned by London ADASS and DH. The vision is to stimulate more competition and grow greater capacity
to meet the changing community equipment needs of users and services across London and further afield.
Assistive Partner have been a key factor in the successful establishment of the IPH and are playing a critical role in the on-going development.
They have provided a couple of cloud based, hosted solutions that are central to the success of the IPH. The solutions include UNIQUS®, a partner / client
ordering, Warehouse, Logistics and Stock Management system and a ground breaking solution, Ofus2 which was adapted and implemented at very short notice to
provide a Dynamic Purchasing System (CEDPS) to host the new IPH Equipment Procurement service.
The new systems have greatly increased the back office capacity and productivity of the IPH, released major efficiencies for partners through on-line,
automated ordering and control and contributed to realising quite significant cash savings within the Community Equipment Services of the partners of 25%+.
The CEDPS 'framework' development is transforming the Community equipment Service in London. It is unique in that it has been designed and developed to make it scalable
and transferable to ensure that all Social Care and Health partners across England can access and realise the same benefits as the IPH partners in London."
-Danny Docherty (Department of Health)

ordering, delivery, maintenance, collection and recycling facilities to 3 London Borough Community Equipment Services ( combined NHS & Social Services).
They have also used our development team to integrate several proprietary systems creating seamless end to end solutions.
